Colenso BBDO appoints Londoner Rob Graves-Morris in the role of senior copywriter

Rob Graves-Morris has recently departed London to join Colenso BBDO as senior copywriter.

Over the past year he has been freelancing for Ogilvy London and more recently, Brooklyn Brothers, creating work for MINI, Jaguar and global work for Castrol. Prior to this, Rob was at M&C Saatchi where he won D&AD awards, British Arrows, Creative Circles, and LIAs for Transport for London’s ‘Think Slow’ campaign. While there, he was also awarded for his work on Surfers Against Sewage and Royal Mail.

Before his time at M&C Saatchi he was at Dare London and initially achieved notoriety through his film for Time To Change – ‘The Stand Up Kid’. The film was awarded, and later adapted for the stage. In his spare time, you’ll find him creating products, books and other services.

Says Graves-Morris: “It wasn’t just another job, but another culture. That’s what excited me about the move. Colenso makes a lot of positive noise and I’m keen to contribute to that.

“There’s also a big entrepreneurial spirit here, so it seems like the ideal place for me to grow, even if I’m not ready for fermented cuisine quite yet.”

Says Levi Slavin, chief creative officer, Colenso BBDO: “Rob is a truly innovative thinker, with a passion for launching and building brands. We’re thrilled to have him join us.”
