303 MullenLowe has promoted Kiwi expat Joanna Gray to the role of managing director of its Sydney office.
Gray has over 15 years experience, first in New Zealand at agencies including Colenso BBDO and Mojo, where she led many award winning campaigns.
After relocating to Australia she spent three years at Host Sydney and then moved to The Works, initially as head of client service and progressing to general manager.
Says Nick Cleaver, CEO, MullenLowe Australia: “Jo has done an amazing job in her time with us. She is a natural leader who applies a huge amount of energy and intelligence into everything she does.
“Her optimism and “can do” attitude has earned the respect of our people and our clients. She is also incredibly passionate about the work we output and the people in the agency.
“She is a wonderful example of an individual who is highly talented, as well as being an exceptionally nice person.”
Joining 303 MullenLowe a year ago, Gray is excited to expand her role.
Says Gray: “I am obviously delighted with this change and the opportunity it presents to continue to evolve our business offering.
“303 MullenLowe have built a unique hyperbundled model which is continuing to prove the power of combining creative, media, tech, digital, CX , social and PR skill sets.”
