After yesterday’s mammoth 12-hour session, locked away in the jury room, we eventually picked the brand experience and activation winners for 2019. Selecting from such an amazing range of great work was always going to be tough. And the intense discussion we had as a jury certainly proved that!
In the end, we were all very happy with our choice of winners. While incredibly diverse, they all shared a common quality that shines out – and provides real inspiration for where brands go next. The best of the best? Clever and creative but with real purpose and authenticity. Our winners made powerful, emotional connections between their brands, the causes they supported and wider society. Real experiences making a real difference.
I’m just as impressed by our jury members as I am with the work we’ve been judging. Dedicated, diverse and truly insightful, it was no surprise that three of them had to take time out from judging to collect Grand Prix of their own!
Today’s been more mellow. It’s been great to get out and about. I’ve even seen the sun! Now looking forward to the awards ceremony later this evening.
