Ex-Pixel Fusion CEO Hayden Judd joins Method in general manager role as global growth calls

A major new hire at Auckland creative innovations agency Method is helping the business gear up for sustained growth both here and internationally.

General manager Hayden Judd joins the directors of Method at a key time, to help drive plans for scaling their award-winning digital experience offering. Judd was formerly CEO of Pixel Fusion and at Method he continues his focus on building people and capability.

According to Method managing director Sam Ramlu, bringing in Judd’s management and leadership expertise will allow Method to continue to deliver outstanding work for their clients, while freeing her up to focus on growing the agency’s international capability.

Says Ramlu: “We’re gearing for growth and we have had lots of big opportunities opening both locally and internationally. Bringing Hayden on board allows us to pursue more international work and continue moving our own original IP projects forward, without losing focus on the needs of our New Zealand clients and our own team.”

Judd is excited to be joining Method at a pivotal time in its growth: “In my previous role, my focus was very much on equipping the company to thrive for the future and I’ll be doing the same here at Method, building a robust culture and strong underlying systems that will allow us to scale smoothly.”

Method, based in Aotearoa New Zealand, is a creative innovations agency that delivers award-winning digital experiences across the globe. A finalist in the 2019 ExportNZ Awards, the agency has been a leader in the digital and creative tech space for 16 years and has a reputation for world-class storytelling through its AR, VR and exhibition projects.

Recent work showcasing its unique creative innovation service offering includes the Techweek19 Vector Lights display on the Auckland Harbour Bridge; the Future of You app for Torrens University Australia; a VR city building game for WSP Opus, and a major new interactive exhibition about to launch at the Australian National Maritime Museum.
