We have an exciting opportunity in Hong Kong for a talented up and coming ideas based ACD/Copywriter to join a global agency, working across several FMCG brands for markets around the world.

You’ll be expected to lead and develop ideas across all media platforms with an emphasis on digital platforms: social, interactive, web and mobile, as well as the traditional TV/OTV and print. You must be strong strategically and have great leadership skills together with a passion for nurturing and guiding young up and coming talent from an eclectic mix of backgrounds.

With proven experience working on large integrated brand campaigns, you have an understanding of the challenges FMCG brands can present. You’ll be working closely with the senior management team, building strong internal and client relationships across the board.

Your responsibilities will include management of junior teams, inspiring them and sharing your extensive industry knowledge. You’ll be respected for what you can bring based on the successes you’ve had and the industry awards you’ve won so far. As a highly conceptual creative you have a sense of curiosity and are articulate in your communication, with the ability to persuade and inform whilst maintaining agency standards and strategic points of view.

As a Copy Lead it goes without saying that you’re a master of the English language, both written and verbal, and able to find different tones of voice to suit various brands. You’re organised, with impeccable attention to detail and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. With a level of confidence presenting inhouse as well as on a global level, you have an element of charm and are smart and insightful. Above all, you embrace great ideas regardless of where or from whom they come. With a positive forward-thinking attitude you’re ready to step up and shine.

We are working in close partnership with our client to identify two Associate CDs to join the team. The selection here will be tough.

You could be an existing team already with up to 10 years’ experience, working at an agency where you have reached your peak and now ready for a new challenge in a fresh environment. Or you could be two individuals, Art Director and Copywriter, looking for your next challenge – with an open mind, however, to potentially be teamed up with someone you may not already know. You must be organised, have impeccable attention to detail, take direction well but also give direction well.

What we’d like to see is fresh talent who haven’t necessarily been in this position before but have the work and the experience to back you. Also, leadership ability, a positive attitude, humility, honesty and great communication and listening skills. The teams will look up to you for guidance and learning so you must be willing to share, encourage, motivate and inspire.

The agency numbers are in the mid 50’s with integrated media and PR, giving more opportunity to creatives looking to create cross-platform work. A client-side opportunity for an art director with digital and craft skills – to $120K

This large and well known Australian sporting organisation has its own internal marketing and advertising department in Melbourne. They produce a vast array of comms for consumers, stakeholders and industry. They’re looking for a talented art director with genuinely integrated skills to join the team. The creative lead is ex agency and ideally you’ll have a background producing work in that type of environment.

You’ll be ideating, designing and crafting work across advertising campaigns, video content, all forms of digital advertising, social media, publication and print work, live events, activations, sponsorship advertising – in short you’ll never be stuck for variety. • Manage multiple projects, deliverables and timelines simultaneously

The successful applicant will also bring a strong ability to think through complex opportunities in a creative, strategic and commercial way, a hands-on approach to creative and a need to stay on the tools, a strong voice who can direct creative workshops and impeccable presentation style and skills.
