Mint.
Great trip! I like the music. And the filming.
But, is it me, or does one of the guys look like Luke Farmer? Wasn’t he a suit on that piece of business once?
BTW, I like Mexican food. Especially Mexican Specialties in Ellerslie.
I’m not fond of Mexican beer. Apart from the stuff at that Mexican place near the Aotea Centre. Their beer is quite mental.
Not good guys. Bad direction. Every shot is stolen from other ads. The test of a good director is innovation and originality. This is just dull copy cat stuff. I like the old ads, they were funny.
Best hallowstein ad in a age..
these people have got too much money to spend on advertising for, what is, after all, rubbish clothing
I like the themes, the way it’s shot, the music, the writing. In theory, it’s all good. But every time a new execution comes out in this campaign it reinforces how uncool the Hallenstein’s brand is. The clothes look just as dorky on screen as they look in store and on the tasteless idiots who wear them. 7.56 is right. The old ads were a way better fit.
A Hollywood VoiceOver does not save a rubbish ad – ask ASB!
did anyone find that moose?
Hey ECDs,
Your job is to use the up and coming talent in the agency, not hog everything with an iota of a decent budget for yourself… And that would be okay too if the creative was half decent, but let’s face it, you’ve been striking out big-time of late.
shoot my face off, that was shit
This is just a badly done rip of the Topman ‘Sid’, ‘Henry’ and ‘Louis’ ads. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwOrXfXlOjQ&feature=related

Oh yeah, that’s right Mikhail did them.
Shot Leo!
Harsh feedback. Well done Leo, nice pictures. A great ad done for shit all cash.
11:24pm I am pretty sure we are all hired to make rubbish products look cool.
Nice ad, music and VO were nice too.
The last one was about brotherhood, this one is about three actual brothers… is it?
I like it a lot. Very cinematic. Basically….. he’s a quality director stuck making ads. He’s too good for this industry…. and, No, I’ve never met him. Wouldn’t know him if he stood up in my soup.
Good work bro.
