Auckland agency Sugar & Partners snares ex-Ogilvy CD Dave Nash for creative partner role and promotes Wictoria Markula to head of content
Auckland agency Sugar & Partners has snared Ogilvy creative director Dave Nash (left) for the role of creative partner and promotes Wictoria Markula to head of content in an integrated producer role.
Nash will partner with recently appointed Sugar & Partners creative partner Damon O’Leary.
Says O’Leary: “Dave and I worked closely together in my last year at Ogilvy and produced award-winning campaigns for Kiwibank and Powerade. Dave’s digital nous complements my background and will give the agency and our clients real digital firepower.”
O’Leary has made a significant impact on the agency since joining earlier this year, with some exciting work to follow in the coming weeks.
Markula (left) has worked as a TV producer at Saatchi & Saatchi San Francisco as well as in her native Sweden – but in recent years has specialised in online content.
Says O’Leary: “Having someone of Wictoria’s calibre to head up our content production team is invaluable – plus she brings international creds to the agency’s offering. However – no ABBA is allowed on Spotify.”

…the obligatory low angle photo with arms folded. Nice hires.
Nice stuff going on there obviously. Awesome job with new TAB spots – whoever made them. Hear it was Robbers Dog. Don’t know if it was Mr Huse before hand but deft handling by all concerned….
