Chemistry’s ‘Consider the Odds’ work TAB NZ wins big at The Drum Awards for Out of Home
Independent agency, Chemistry has been recognised as best in class in global awards program, The Drum Awards Out of Home 2022.
Celebrating the campaigns, people and companies driving innovation, creativity and excellence around the world, The Drum Awards took place on the 6th of December with Chemistry winning the coveted Best Use of Copy/Copywriting award for TAB NZ’s ‘Consider the Odds’ campaign.
Beating off outstanding work in the category from across the world, the agency was also highly commended in the Best Use of Location category.
Reflecting on the recognition, Chemistry business partner Craig Harrison says: “This is a truly amazing result, especially in this category. Special shout out to our writers for their exceptional copywriting craft, and to our clients at TAB NZ for pushing us to enable the brand to show up differently and create conversation.
“We felt like we had created a world-class campaign and with The Drum being the second largest and fastest growing marketing platform in the world, it’s incredible to be recognised for ‘Consider The Odds’ on a global stage.”
Says Chris Perry, head of marketing, TAB: “The Chemistry team well and truly delivered on our brief for this campaign, and it’s fantastic that the judges agreed. We had a lot of fun working on this campaign with Chemistry after trusting them with an iconic brand – one that Chemistry pushed into the public consciousness with Consider The Odds.”
The win represents further momentum for Chemistry, who were recently recognised as 5th in the region for acceptances into Campaign Brief’s The Work.
