DHL delivers something special to rugby fans in new campaign via EightyOne and Supernormal
To celebrate its ongoing sponsorship of the DHL Super Rugby Pacific competition, delivery giant DHL has done some out of the box thinking with agency EightyOne and production company Supernormal to give fans something special to cheer about this season.
Introducing The DHL Box Seat, a chance for DHL customers to score the best seat in the house with an oversized delivery box that opens out to a VIP pitch-side experience, with a dedicated DHL courier delivering food and beverages during the match. The box seat will appear at select games across Aotearoa throughout the season, supported by online video and stadium big screen, as well as DHL’s own channels.
Says Laura McKee, NZ marketing manager, DHL: “We have enjoyed working with EightyOne on this activation and are excited to bring the DHL Box Seat to life, giving our customers a unique VIP experience to enjoy a rugby match.”

How new?…This is a direct rip off of the KFC Epic Fan Box did that back around 2018 which won awards .., there was a TVC as well i think
Even the KFC Epic Fan Box was a rip off. Best Seats in the house have been run for decades in various forms.
