Motion Sickness appoints Melina Fiolitakis to CD role and Matt Campher as account director

Motion Sickness has announced the appointment of Melina Fiolitakis in a creative director role and Matt Campher as account director. These hires mark a commitment to bringing top talent into the agency, signaling a larger client roster and continued business growth.

Campher joins Motion Sickness from previous roles at DDB and Stanley Street, where he was instrumental in supporting high-profile clients, such as Samsung and Restaurant Brands. As account director, Campher will work across a group of new clients alongside GM Alex McManus, and the Motion Sickness client service department. Matt plans to assist the agency in building a world class accounts offering, and win best dressed at the Motion Sickness Corporate Christmas Party.

Says Campher: “I’ve had the pleasure of being a long-time friend and admirer of Motion Sickness. Their outside-the-box creative approach and fun and exciting creative output has always been a topic of conversation in my household – so when the opportunity to work here cropped up, I was really excited at the prospect. I love advertising and I love making good work, so I can’t wait to get stuck in and do exactly that alongside everyone here at Motion Sickness, and hopefully contribute to the continued growth and success of the agency.”

Fiolitakis has freelanced with Motion Sickness over the past 18 months across a range of projects, including Rep Your Suburb and Big Save Furniture. An accomplished creative with a strong track record of effective and award-winning work, Fiolitakis now brings her unique style and thinking to Motion Sickness in a full-time role. She will work across a number of clients alongside the senior creative leadership group. While Fiolitakis continues to deliver world class work in this role, she also plans to DJ the Motion Sickness Corporate Christmas Party.

Says Fiolitakis: “Motion Sickness are lovely people with big ambitions, an unconventional spirit, and a tendency to say yes to crazy ideas. Like building an eight-foot tall pegasus sculpture out of margarine, or letting me DJ in the same room as clients. I can’t think of a more exciting way to rejoin the world of permanent employment than by popping some sea legs pills and buckling in for a heavy bout of Motion Sickness.”
