Spark Foundry expands senior leadership team with two new appointments
Spark Foundry New Zealand is bolstering its strategic and digital offering, welcoming two newly created roles into its senior leadership team.
Miri Kang, head of digital connections and planning, will focus on harnessing insights across all digital platforms throughout the agency to maximise collaboration and efficiency, while also elevating omni-channel planning through optimal data utilisation, digital tools, and marketing science.
Sarah Vosloo, head of digital performance, will lead the agency’s platforms and search team in New Zealand, taking responsibility for driving ad platform optimisation, streamlined workflow efficiency, cutting-edge partnerships, and accelerated performance.
In their new roles, Kang and Vosloo will be working closely together with the rest of the senior leadership team, ensuring continuous innovation in Spark Foundry’s strategic output. They will help to lead the agency’s vision towards a fully digitised media future, in turn, unlocking proliferated growth and competitive advantage for clients.
Kang comes into her new role after more than two years at Spark Foundry New Zealand as senior digital director, where she helped set up the digital foundations for clients including Westpac, helping them navigate through their digital maturity journey. Prior to this, Kang had more than 12 years of agency experience, including with OMD and Stanley Street, specialising in data and insight-led digital campaign planning and execution.
Vosloo brings with her over 12 years of experience, with a focus on acquisition-based marketing, and was most recently global digital director at Hearts & Science. Prior to this, Vosloo worked as a digital director at MBM New Zealand. Vosloo’s passion lies in strengthening the connection between clients and consumers through data-driven recommendations for digital strategies.
Says Kang: “It’s been a very fulfilling journey to be a part of the inception and core team of Spark Foundry New Zealand for the past couple of years. I am delighted to now be jumping into this exciting new role, which will allow us to operationalise our vision for digital strategy, creating efficiency and effectiveness in planning and hybrid digital practice. I am stoked to be working alongside Sarah as well as the rest of the incredible talent at Spark Foundry.”
