Smartly encourages SME managers and owners to ‘Make People their Superpowerʼ in new campaign via HOOF Wellington

Kiwi owned payroll platform Smartly has launched a new campaign via boutique Wellington creative services company HOOF, to promote the Lower Hutt-based company’s move into the HR space with the introduction of a new People Management add-on.

22,000 Kiwi businesses already trust Smartly. Now, small and medium-sized businesses can manage both their payroll and people administration thanks to Smartly.

To increase awareness and consideration, Smartly engaged HOOF to develop a campaign, from strategy to final production. Erik Hay, HOOF founder, also directed the films.

Says Hay: “HOOF is just me, really, so Iʼm fortunate to have a remarkable stable of fellow Wellington-based independents that I can lean on and learn from. I want to thank Smartly for trusting us to get the job done, and for trusting me to direct the films. We wanted to create something charming and distinctly Kiwi. I think weʼve hit the mark.ˮ

The campaign includes two 30-second spots, 15-second and 6-second ads, audio ads, digital banners, and social media content.
