Senior designer Dirk Paetzold joins Daylight

As Daylight continues to grow its technology and digital product offering in Aotearoa and within the Australian market, the business has welcomed the addition of senior designer Dirk Paetzold to the team.

Paetzold brings over 15 years of global experience in product, digital, and graphic design, having worked with top clients such as Lloyd TSB, Lacoste, Westpac, and Sanitarium across Europe and Australasia. Previously, Paetzold led design at Flight Digital and, more recently, freelanced through his business, FurtherEast Studio.

Says Paetzold: “I’m really excited to be joining the team at Daylight. There are plenty of meaningful projects going through the building, and I’m looking forward to crafting how they’re launched into the world. The cross-section of that obsession with craft and applying that to the digital product thinking we do will be a really interesting challenge.”
