Aaron Goldring joins Ogilvy One in the role of creative and experience design director
Awarded agency leader Aaron Goldring has joined Ogilvy One, Ogilvy New Zealand’s customer experience and relationship service offering for clients, in the role of creative and experience design director.
Goldring steps in for Matt Oxley who is moving to WPP Open X, the bespoke agency for The Coca-Cola Company.
With a 20 plus year career working in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, Goldring joins Ogilvy One following a 20-month stint at Waitapu Group social-led agency Culture. At Culture Goldring worked on a number of projects for the agency’s key clients including KFC, Briscoes and Rebel Sport.
Prior to Culture he was executive creative director at DDB Aotearoa, leading TRACK’s creative offering for AA Insurance, Vodafone, Farmlands, New World and McDonald’s.
Before returning to New Zealand in 2020, Goldring was executive creative director at London’s ENGINE, where he co-led a creative team of 90 creative specialists. There, Goldring directed award-winning advertising communications and digital experiences for ENGINE’S largest client, E.ON.
His work has been recognised at all major award shows including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, The Webbys, AWARD, Spikes Asia and Caples.
