Momentum Group supercharges product offering with appointment of Creative Director Alex Kenny

Momentum Group has today announced the appointment of Alex Kenny (above right) to the role of Creative Director, significantly strengthening the agency’s capabilities in optimising creative content for digital performance.

Kenny, who previously established and scaled MediaWorks’ in-house creativity department Passionfruit, brings extensive experience from her storied career (also including stints at Venia and Many Minds). In her new role, she will lead Momentum’s efforts to harmonise creative vision and platform performance.

“Great creative has always been about strong storytelling, but today it’s also about adaptability across platforms,” says Kenny. “I’m thrilled to join a team that values creativity and data-driven innovation.”

A significant part of Momentum’s offering to clients is ensuring that creative work performs optimally within complex adtech and martech ecosystems.  To do this, the agency closely collaborates with creative agencies and clients to refine, adapt and iterate advertising assets for specific platforms.

“Campaign success hinges on how effectively creativity and technology intersect,” says Violet Ellis, Head of Technology, Data & Performance. “Our approach ensures every asset performs by leveraging automation, dynamic elements, and platform-specific insights to drive ROI.”

The appointment helps crystallise Momentum’s vision to create unstoppable growth for clients, and continues a superb start to 2025 for the agency, hot off the heels of senior leadership appointments, capability developments, and soon-to-be-announced new business growth.

“Our clients and creative partners have expressed a need for more support in navigating digital platforms,” says Natalia Taylor (above left), Founder and CEO. “Alex’s expertise will help amplify the impact of their work in this complex landscape.”
