Tremains Real Estate appoints Rainmakers as new media agency following a competitive pitch

Following a competitive pitch, national property experts Tremains Real Estate, have appointed Rainmakers as its media agency partner in New Zealand.

Tremains has a rich history rooted in family values and a commitment to excellence. In fact, Tremains was founded in 1970 by All Black legend Kel Tremain in the Hawke’s Bay.  Kel believed in a clear and well-communicated vision, and he fostered a humble yet ambitious salesforce where team-work thrived. His legacy lives on through the stewardship of his sons, first Chris and now Simon, who have expanded the company into provincial New Zealand, including Taupō, Rotorua, Tauranga, Levin, Wairarapa and now Feilding.

Rainmakers is tasked with accelerating North Island regional growth for Tremains – who were inspired by Rainmakers integrated approach to strategy, partnership and their understanding of heartland New Zealand audiences.

Says Hannah Dixon, Tremains Brand Manager: “It was clear from the outset that Rainmakers are the ideal partner to help us deliver our bold expansion plans. We were impressed with their energy, local knowledge, data insights and innovative approach.

“2025 is going to be a pivotal year for us and we are excited to see our impactful campaigns in market.  Planning is underway for the second half of the year, and Rainmakers will have a huge part to play in the execution of a new era for Tremains.”
