Meridian brings fresh energy and community impact to Aotearoa in new campaign via 81

| | No Comments

The brand kicks off its relationship with 81 with a first chapter of stories of Meridian giving Kiwis concrete ways to navigate shifting energy needs and electrify their lives.

Meridian’s Community Decarb Fund is a unique initiative, where the proceeds of its Business Certified Renewable Energy product enables community groups across the country to adopt solar, battery and EV tech. Not only does this help them reduce their carbon emissions, but the savings made on energy can go towards doing greater good for the communities they serve. To date, almost $3M has helped fund decarbonisation projects for community groups across conservation, food rescue, medical, youth and community wellbeing.

The three electrification journeys – Kaibosh, The Raglan Community House and The Kaipātiki Project – have been brought to life with the help of Good Oil and will roll out across TV, OOH, press, social and digital.

Each upbeat and dynamic story focusses on the people behind these projects. On the special energy these great Kiwi bring to benefit their communities each and every day – and how their energy is amplified by Meridian giving them the tools to run cleaner and cheaper.
