NSPR rebrands as Sayso, ushering in a new era under Kate Grant and Rebecca Reid

For almost two decades, NSPR (formerly Niki Schuck PR) has been a trusted PR, communications and talent management company working across Aotearoa and Australia. Originally founded by Niki Schuck, the boutique agency has quietly punched above its weight partnering with its impressive client list.

Over the past eight years, Schuck has transitioned from the day-to-day running of the business to mentoring the next generation of its wāhine leaders. Today, Kate Grant and Rebecca Reid are at the helm with the company’s new name, Sayso, about to continue its kaupapa into the future.

“The kaupapa (purpose) of Sayso remains the same with us believing the best partnerships are built on mahi tahi (collaboration), whakaute (respect) and whakatūturutanga (authenticity). The future looks bright and full of exciting possibilities in this new era of the business,” says Schuck.

Schuck will continue to be involved at a board level, supporting the team and its continued vision.

Says Schuck: “Kate and Rebecca are smart, talented and not afraid of hard work.  They are Sayso, and I am very proud of how they are adapting the business for the future needs of clients.”

Aspiring to be a leading Aotearoa company, Sayso is grounded in its responsibilities under Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its role as Tāngata Tiriti. A certified B Corp since 2022, Sayso is part of a global community showing that doing good for people, communities and the planet, goes hand in hand with doing great mahi.

The team is spread across the motu, keeping connected to their whānau and communities, while giving the fast-paced agency a dynamic, agile edge, able to work anywhere including from a client HQ or on the ground, where the action is.

“NSPR has provided us with a strong foundation to build on as we enter this next chapter,” says Grant. “Sayso is about people, stories, and content that connects. At its core, the rebrand is simple… we believe that every business has a story to tell, so let’s Sayso.”

Reid adds, “We’re obsessed with helping businesses communicate with intention and impact. When clients give us a seat at their table, we make sure their strategy, purpose, services, reputation, and culture are seen, felt and acted on. We pull every tool in our kit from strategic communication to storytelling, supporting brands to resonate and grow their influence to inspire action.”
