Digitas New Zealand appoints Meredyth Dale-Gandar as head of strategy  

Connected marketing agency Digitas New Zealand has appointed skilled customer experience CX leader Meredyth Dale-Gandar as head of strategy.

 

Joining the agency’s executive leadership team, Dale-Gandar will be responsible for shaping clients’ strategic CX direction and developing customer-centric strategies. Her leadership will be instrumental in guiding overall strategic thinking and driving greater business value for clients.

On the back of Digitas evolving its Trans-Tasman offering in recent years, this new role marks a step change for the agency, allowing it to further expand and bolster its proposition in the New Zealand market by offering clients a dedicated strategic partner on-the-ground and enriching business outcomes.

Dale-Gandar brings with her a robust set of leadership skills in the areas of customer-focused strategy, CX, business transformation and consultancy. She has broad-ranging experience across in-house teams as well as in agencies and consultancies, while championing customer-led strategies informed by data and insight. Most recently, Dale-Gandar served as head of CX at Westfield AU/NZ, driving customer experience strategy and innovation. Prior to that, as head of CX and strategic design at ASB Bank, she led teams of CX strategists, designers and researchers, transforming the whole approach and delivery of customer experience.
