ANZ highlights layers of fraud protection in newly launched campaign via TBWA\NZ

A new campaign from ANZ and TBWA\NZ is giving greater visibility to the layers of fraud protection and tools available to help customers protect their money from fraud.

The platform allows ANZ to showcase the protection available to customers and easily evolve as new tools and technology are released.

Says Shane Bradnick, CCO, TBWA\NZ: “Battling fraud is ongoing and there is no single solution. We wanted to highlight the various layers of fraud protection available to ANZ customers through a platform that allows us to announce new layers of protection as innovations are released overtime.”

Additionally to the layers highlighted in this campaign, ANZ is currently looking at developing new security tools and features. These will then be incorporated into the campaign and updated over time.

Says Matt Pickering, general manager of marketing, ANZ: “Banks play a really important role helping to protect our customers and helping keep banking services safe and secure. We stop numerous scam attempts every day, and we want New Zealanders to know we are working hard on this now and into the future.

“We have created two streams of activity to talk to scams and fraud with New Zealanders. The first is a partnership with Age Concern, an educational play using the TV show ‘CHiPs’ focused on how to spot and avoid scams. Then this campaign demonstrates how ANZ is helping to keep our customers’ money safe.”

The campaign will be seen in OOH, press, social and radio.
