Precinct Properties appoints DDB to lead design and communications for next growth phase

Precinct Properties, the largest owner, developer and manager of premium real estate in Auckland and Wellington has engaged DDB Group Aotearoa to tell the next chapter of the Precinct story.

Precinct has enjoyed unprecedented growth in both its commercial, retail and residential portfolios in over a decade and, following a comprehensive pitch process, appointed DDB Group Aotearoa to work with Precinct’s leadership team on design and communications projects.
