PHD’s Nikki Grafton Re-Elected, Steve Kane and Ben Goodale Join Comms Council Executive Board

Following the Commercial Communications Council (The Comms Council) Annual General Meeting hosted earlier this month, three new members have been elected to the executive board.

Nikki Grafton, CEO of PHD, was re-elected to the board, having made her position available for contest. Steve Kane, group MD of Ogilvy Network was formally elected to the board, having held a temporary role since January 2024. Joining them is Ben Goodale, CEO and founder of Quantum Jump. This year’s elections were heavily contested, reflecting the ongoing support of the organisation and commitment to the industry across Comms Council’s membership.

Says Simon Lendrum, CEO, Comms Council: “The Board provides essential governance and leadership to us as a small organisation committed to ensuring the ongoing reputation and influence of communications agencies, large and small in Aotearoa. It was great to see so many leaders willing to give up their time and expertise to provide strategic direction to our team, ensuring we are delivering to members’ needs.”
