Comms Council announces renewal of its commercial partnership with oOh!Media
The Communcations Council has today announced the renewal of the successful partnership between Comms Council and oOh!media New Zealand.
Says Simon Lendrum, CEO of the Comms Council: “oOh!media has been a steadfast partner of the Comms Council, enabling us to continue delivering awards programmes that celebrate the very best of our industry. In particular, as naming partner for the Beacon awards, our annual celebration of the best in media thinking, oOh!media enables the whole industry, both agencies and media owners, to come together to honour the best work, collaboration and results that come from brilliant media strategy and execution.”
Says Nick Vile, general manager of oOh!media New Zealand: “We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with the Comms Council and support its role in advocating for creativity, collaboration, and the elevation of our industry. Their commitment to supporting agencies through talent development, fostering diversity, and championing the value of communication is vital in shaping the future of New Zealand’s media landscape. We look forward to another year of supporting our vibrant and innovative industry together.”
The renewal of the Commercial Partnership comes as the Beacon steering group is busy reviewing the format of the awards show, ensuring it evolves to match the ever-changing nature of the media landscape. Comms Council also announced today a change in venue for the 2025 awards, returning to the Viaduct Events Centre after three years at Aotea Centre.
