Seasoned industry leader Zac Stephenson (far right) has been appointed to the role of managing director, whilst Kate McDowell (far left) has been appointed to group business director.
Stephenson, a recognised powerhouse in New Zealand’s media industry, brings over 25 years of experience leading top agencies such as OMD, Ikon, and MediaCom/EssenceMediacom. Known for his ability to unlock growth, build high-performing teams, and redefine what’s possible for independent agencies, his appointment signals a new era for Momentum Group.
