Acton appoints Chemistry as new agency to drive growth for Lee Kum Kee, Indomie and Golden Sun

Acton International Marketing NZ has awarded Chemistry the account for its iconic, Lee Kum Kee, Indomie and Golden Sun brands effective immediately.

This marks a significant win for Chemistry as it continues to expand its expertise in the FMCG category with a focus on performance marketing.

“We’re thrilled to welcome some household names to the Chemistry family,” says Joseph Silk, Founding Director of Chemistry. “Acton’s brands have incredible consumer loyalty and we look forward to working closely with the team to build even stronger connections between their brands and the New Zealand public. Our approach to strategic creativity, data-led insights and customer engagement makes us the perfect fit for these iconic brands.”

Says Anna Blake, Marketing Manager at Acton: “It’s important we work with a partner that has the flexibility to bridge a wide range of marketing needs specific to our category, which include activations, in-store promotions, social media, brand, media and more. We chose Chemistry because they can offer everything under one roof, they get us and they understand the approach needed in a performance-based category. Their passion and creativity was evident from the first meeting.”

The appointment highlights Acton’s desire to strengthen their brand’s presence in New Zealand. Chemistry’s full-service offering centred around performance, including brand strategy, digital marketing, social and creative services will be instrumental in driving this growth.
