Kiwi expat Natassja Cox joins Cummins and Partners as Strategist

Australian independent agency Cummins and Partners has bolstered its team with three new appointments including Kiwi expat  Natassja Cox as Strategist, alongside Lara Tarabey as Senior Account Manager and Marika Tsourekis as Account Executive.

The hires come as Cummins and Partners continues to expand its integrated creative and media model, building on client wins including the renewal of its partnership with Stellantis Australia and the launch of new brand platforms for Equip Super.

Ben McCallum, CEO of Cummins and Partners, says the appointments reflect both performance and ambition: “We are in a strong phase of growth as an independent agency. That growth is coming from the quality of the work, the strength of our client relationships and a clear point of view about long term brand building.

“As we continue to win and retain major clients, we are deliberately investing in high calibre talent across strategy and client services. Natassja brings international strategic rigour, Lara brings global account leadership experience and Marika represents the next generation of talent coming through the agency.

“Our ambition is not just to grow bigger, but to grow stronger. That means building a team capable of delivering distinctive, enduring work for ambitious brands.”

Cox joins as Strategist, having recently freelanced at Special Melbourne and previously spent five years at DDB Aotearoa, working across brands including L&P, Lotto, and Goodman Fielder.

“I’m fresh to the Australian industry and Cummins has a real legacy here, but all the ambition of a hungry new agency. I’m very happy to be part of it.

“I want to be part of work that my friends will still talk about in 20 years’ time.”

Says Founder Sean Cummins: “As an independent agency, our strength is always our people. Sustained growth comes from backing talent, backing creativity and backing long term partnerships. These appointments reflect the kind of agency we are building.”

With an integrated creative and media offering under one roof, Cummins and Partners continues to position itself as a leading independent agency delivering long-term brand growth for Australian and international clients.
