BUSINESS DIRECTOR (FULL-TIME), 303, PERTH

Business Director – Integrated Campaigns & Creative Agency Leadership

303 is a full-service, integrated communications agency based in Perth. We build brands and change behaviour for some of state’s biggest brands and government departments.

We’re a team of strategists, creatives, designers, media thinkers and producers who value individuality, diversity of thought and a challenger mindset. We’re curious by nature, collaborative in how we work, and serious about solving real business problems, not just making things look good.

Our behaviours shape our work – thoughtfulness, curiosity, bravery, resourcefulness – and we’re looking for someone who lives by these daily.

We’re looking for a Business Director to lead one of our most significant clients, a brand with a genuine, visible impact on the Western Australian landscape.

This is a senior role working across complex, always-on campaigns with multiple internal and external stakeholders, across fast-moving, multi-channel rollouts. Reporting to the Client Partnerships Director, you will own the senior client relationship, lead integrated end-to-end campaign delivery, and provide confident leadership to a team of two Business Executives.

You’ll be a strategic partner to the client, a steady hand in high-pressure moments, and a strong collaborator across strategy, creative, media and production. You’ll be guiding work that matters, during a time when it matters most.

About you

You are an experienced agency leader with a deep understanding of driving integrated outcomes across strategy, creative, media, digital, content and production. You bring disciplined thinking and a sharp eye for detail, applying structure to complexity and steering significant pieces of business while owning senior-level partnerships.

You will bring:

Extensive agency experience within a creative or integrated agency, with demonstration of leading complex, high-value, large-scale campaigns and always-on programs.
Strong commercial discipline, with demonstrated experience in forecasting, scoping, financial management and delivery.
An appetite for client development – the ability to nurture new and existing relationships to drive agency growth, and a history of building trusted, long-term client partnerships, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and positioning yourself as a true partner, not a service provider.
Strategic capability, underpinned by a genuine curiosity and a deep understanding of how a clients’ business, challenges and operating environments work, particularly in high-impact and far-reaching contexts.
Confidence and credibility in presenting to executive level stakeholders, with a well-formed perspective on creativity, and its effectiveness in a category.
Proven people leadership, with experience in leading and developing a team, supporting growth, and contributing positively to agency culture through collaboration, clarity and care.
A calm, solution focused approach, able to maintain perspective and momentum in high-quality delivery under pressure in fast-paced environments.

What we offer:

Exposure to the senior leadership team, with the trust and autonomy to shape strategy, creative, and production, directly influencing how integrated work is developed and executed.
A collaborative environment that values strong partnerships, clear thinking, and high standards of creativity and effectiveness.
An invitation to a smart, kind and collaborative team, who care about doing great work, back each other when things are busy, and make the time to enjoy milestone moments.
A considered benefits package designed to support flexibility, wellbeing, and long-term development, including a hybrid working model.

This is a unique, and exciting opportunity for a senior leader who wants to help shape meaningful, high-impact work alongside some of WA’s best creative and strategic minds.

If this sounds like you, please send your CV to Natalie.field@303.com

A valid visa to work in Australia is essential.
