Coca-Cola launches global ‘Uncanned Emotions’ film via WPP OpenX ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026

The Coca-Cola Company has announced the launch of ‘Uncanned Emotions’, its second global brand film for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The latest film was developed by WPP OpenX, led by The Ogilvy Group and supported by WPP Production and WPP Media.

 

Following the high energy “Bubbling Up,” the new creative continues Coca-Cola’s immersive emotional storytelling approach, diving deeper into the unparalleled passion of football fandom. A proud partner of FIFA spanning five decades, Coca-Cola is proud to be one of the longest running partners of the FIFA World Cup.

“Uncanned Emotions,” brings to life the electrifying, unscripted moments that define the fan experience during the FIFA World Cup. Designed to both resonate deeply with every football fan and transcend sports, the film and accompanying social assets immerse audiences in the raw, high-stakes emotional journey of a fan during a match. Integral to delivering an authentic experience, the creative features legendary voices of football, with iconic announcers Peter Drury providing the play-by-play for the English version and Luis Omar Tapia for the Spanish version, lending a live-game feel to the commercial.
