Latitude Homes celebrates the many ways Kiwis live in new national campaign via Contagion
Latitude Homes has launched a new, national brand campaign with integrated creative and media agency, Contagion, showcasing both the breadth of homes the business builds across the country and the people they’re built for.
Titled Built for every type of Kiwi, the campaign reflects the reality that there is no single version of a “typical” home buyer. From upsizers and downsizers, to first‑home buyers, investors and extended families, the work shows the scale and variety of Latitude Homes’ offering, grounded in real homes and real lives.
The campaign positions Latitude Homes as a national builder with a strong local heartbeat. While the brand operates right across New Zealand, each home is delivered through local owner‑operators who live in their communities, work alongside local suppliers, and stay closely involved from design through to handover.

Running across video, digital, out‑of‑home, social, search and content partnerships, the campaign balances national consistency with regional relevance, ensuring the work feels recognisable and grounded wherever it appears.
