Nicely done.
Simple. Nice. And it doesn’t look as if they were trying hard at all.
I can see why they went to 45, but I suspect their eventual 30 second edit will work just as well.
Well done all.
Average idea, average execution…
Hot
So in great big DDB there are only 2 creatives that consistently get every brief and the fantastic opportunity to churn out mediocrity after mediocrity after mediocrity?
well done Leo, love your work
Same same. Haven’t I seen this all before. Heavily art directed frames. Montage. Kooky music track. @45 seconds should be a lot funnier. And better.
Sweet work kids.
Leo you are hot!
I like this spot. A lot.
Hot, hot!
Bugger. I would love to like it, but clearly I’ve missed something.
Very average, verging on dull.
Explain Please, you sound like a sad twat.
Nice spot.
i just dont think i get the idea?
looks scarily like, “60 things in sixty seconds” for SKY…even looks like the same location, definitely the same colourist……..oh wait on, I get it now!!!!
Come on folks, this is a very mediocre ad. The idea is weak, the execution is slap dash and so expected, as is the music. Feels like the using dumb kids in ads is all the rage right now. What happened to originality? Haven’t seen a decent ad out of ddb for a while now…
Agree with lukewarm. Mediocre and weak with expensive production values to hide it.
A polished…
Looks pretty but that’s about it really. Wallpaper.
Agree with lukewarm and very lukewarm.
WTF is going on with DDB?
both kids are very good
I totally agree, where’s the ham gone?
Hey ‘Very Lukewarm’ interesting re comment on ‘expensive production values’ clearly you work in advertising, with no idea how much things are being made for these days – honestly!
Great work Leo.
I like it.
But it’s a one-view wonder. I doubt it would survive multiple viewings before got sick of the “Waaarrrrmm”.
A good example of ads out right now that do survive the multiple viewing test are the new world ads.
And no, I don’t work for BBDO.
Boring, boring. Same same….
@very very lukewarm, Hi Y&R guys.
Love it. Those kids are so cute and I love the 80s look. So much better than glossy American TV ads. More power to you.
well done, fantastic ad!
