Tower Insurance launches new campaign via .99
Tower Insurance has launched a new campaign including 2 new TVCs created by .99 and directed by Zia Mandviwalla from Curious Films.
It’s based around a simple truth: people will always find something to worry about, no matter how trivial. So Tower’s role is to look out for the big things, the stuff that can be insured, so that their customers can get on with worrying about the little things.
Says Mark Savage, head of marketing for Tower: “It’s an idea that .99 presented to us in their original pitch, and it really rang true for us. We know our customers worry about a lot of things. What Tower can do is look out for the big things, and save them from those big worries.”
Says Craig Whitehead, 99’s CEO/ECD: “It grew out of the notion of ‘first world worries. But the more we talked to people about it, the more we realised that nobody – even a well-liked and trusted insurance and investment company like Tower – can stop people worrying completely. So we took that and ran with it, having some fun with the little worries while underlining Tower’s commitment to looking out for the big stuff.”
Says Savage: “We’re really happy with the result..99 have done a great job of working with us, listening to our own little worries, and delivering outstanding work.”

Hideous.
Unholy crap!
Nothing like being talked to the entire commercial while trying to follow some very strange storytelling and performances.
your old stuff is better than your new stuff
Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.
I think it’s actually pretty sweet, it’s something I ponder all the time!!!!
hhmm, I think they look fresh & clean compared to other stuff around. plus i do worry about silly little things all the time. so they work for me
