The Work 2023 Contenders: True
Campaign Brief recognises and showcases the great work that is being produced in the region with The Work 2023 Contenders…
STIHL: Freedom
True
The STIHL battery range combines precision engineering with incredibly light and quiet operation, making these tools the obvious choice for anyone who wants to experience total freedom in the garden.
STIHL: Crop Circles
True
STIHL battery power tools are so precise, so portable, and so quiet, that anyone can do out-of-this-world things in the garden.
STIHL worked with renowned artist Sue Norman – who is either from Australia or Alpha Centauri, we can’t remember – to create a crop circle (grass circle?) using only STIHL battery gardening tools, some rope, and a bit of clever thinking.
The stunt was covered on Seven Sharp, and how-tos on social media taught Kiwis how to create their own.
So the next time you see a crop circle, don’t worry. It just might have been a STIHL.
Warner Bros. Discovery: ThreeNOW streaming launch
True
Warner Bros. Discovery’s New Zealand streaming platform, ThreeNOW, was perceived as a catchup service. It didn’t have the streaming destination caché of the big players.
What it did have, though, was endless hours of entertainment, all the shows you could ever want, and no price tag to be seen.
So we set up ThreeNOW as the solution to the increasingly complicated streaming landscape. In motion, we have a host who’s so engrossed in her shows that she becomes part of them. And in outdoor/digital messaging, we directly challenged market pain points.
A refreshed design was the final touch, using a bold watermelon colour to stand out against the muted blacks and blues of other services.
