Auckland content production company thedownlowconcept wins best comedy programme at NZ Television Awards for ‘Hounds’
For the second year in a row Auckland content production company thedownlowconcept has won the award for best comedy programme at the New Zealand Television Awards.
thedownlowconcept were nominated twice for the best comedy category this year with their show ‘Hounds’ eventually taking it out. ‘Hounds’ beat 7 Days (also produced by thedownlowconcept) and The Wilson Dixon special. ‘Hounds’ screened on TV3 and was set in the world of Greyhound Racing. It is the third year in a row thedownlowconcept has won at the awards.
Recent commercial work from thedownlowconcept is Air New Zealand for Saatchi and Saatchi & Subway for Publicis Mojo. They are currently working on a Ford campaign for JWT.
