House of Travel launches third TV commercial in its ongoing brand campaign ‘Better Together’

House of Travel has just launched its third commercial ‘Passport’ in its new and ongoing brand campaign, which first launched in early February.

The Better Together campaign has seen House of Travel have an increase in enquiries of 70% compared with same time in 2018.

Says Mark O’Donnell, CEO, House of Travel: “We knew that by telling true stories we had created a strong and compelling campaign which would bring new customers through the door – but a 70% increase in less than two months is far more than we anticipated.”

Based on a classic true story where the consultant solved the forgotten passport problem for a client minutes before the plane was due to take off – saving them from missing a connection and their cruise which would have cost thousands extra.

Again, the message highlights what good sense it is to work with a travel consultant and how they are with you every step of the way.

Says O’Donnell: “A travel consultant’s involvement doesn’t end once you have booked your holiday, at House of Travel we have your back 24/7. Our consultants are here to help provide stress-free holidays and support travellers as best they can if they find themselves in a tricky travel situation.”

And yes, the consultant did actually have to retrieve the passport that had been left in the copier.

Created by Roy Meares working with Gregor Nicholas and Flying Fish, the intrepid Lucy as the face of House of Travel – again comes to the rescue.

The commercials are backed by print, cinema, digital and outdoor.
