The IAB New Zealand has announced the finalists of the 2019 IAB New Zealand Digital Advertising Awards.
This is a record year for the IAB New Zealand Digital Advertising Awards, with the number of categories increased from 17 to 23 and the number of entries more than doubled on last year. We are pleased to announce 59 finalists.
Winners in the Sales Excellence and Ad-Op’s categories will be considered for the Grand Prix Award. The Grand Prix winner will win a trip to Advertising Week APAC (Sydney, 2020), a prize worth almost $6,000 (includes airfare, accommodation, entry ticket and daily allowance).
Says Gill Stewart, CEO, IAB New Zealand: “We are delighted with the number of entries this year which have doubled on last year, and we are particularly pleased with the level of support from agencies. We would like to extend our thanks to the panel of judges, which has increased from 11 to almost 50 this year, each of whom have generously provided their time. Thanks also to our sponsors, without whom these awards would not be possible. We are looking forward to celebrating the best talent in the industry at the Awards.”
The winners will be announced at the 2019 IAB New Zealand Digital Advertising Awards event on Thursday 29 August at The Auckland Museum.
