Isobar NZ appoints Fayssal Loussaief as CX director; Mike Bray joins as chief tech officer

Digital agency Isobar New Zealand (NZ) is growing its offering and bolstering its capability to deliver experience-led transformation powered by creativity, with the addition of two new leadership roles.

Fayssal Loussaief (right) joins Isobar NZ as customer experience (CX) director – bringing proven CX capability to enhance the business’ reputation in design and digital. Fayssal is an award-winning CX Director with a background in product design, innovating digital products and creating commercial value.

With rich global experience, Fayssal will lead Isobar NZ’s end-to-end CX design capability – building a team to bring design-thinking methodologies and human-centred design principles into the everyday. He’ll also sit on the leadership team and drive the business towards its vision of being the leading experience agency in New Zealand.

Mike Bray (left) brings a wealth of international experience to the business in his new role of chief technology officer, having delivered digital transformation projects for brands including Emirates Airlines, Sydney Cricket Ground and AustralianSuper. His previous roles include Technical Director at Isobar Australia.

A passionate advocate of software engineering principles that focus on testability and maintainability, Bray will be responsible for leading Isobar NZ’s end-to-end technology offering to deliver truly transformative products and platforms that create measurable impact for clients. He also joins the leadership team.

Says Ian Howard, CEO of Isobar NZ: “Our rebrand to Isobar in June was a signal of our intent to double down on delivering experience-led transformation powered by creativity. Our CX and technology offerings are vital in delivering on that promise, and that’s why we’ve invested in market-leading, globally recognised talent to drive them forward. I couldn’t be more excited to have Fayssal and Mike on the team.”

Formerly known as Little Giant, Isobar New Zealand has been working at the intersection of creativity and technology since 2013 alongside some of New Zealand’s best businesses including ASB, Silver Fern Farms, House of Travel and TVNZ.
