99 has announced the appointment of Nina Bialostocki as director of performance.
Bialostocki brings over 25 years of experience in media, advertising, consulting and marketing communications both locally and internationally. Her expertise in creating strategies using technology and data will add even more value to 99’s offering.
Bialostocki’s role will span across intelligence, performance and MarTech. Her initial focus will be on driving intelligence deeper into the business, and will then shift to looking at potential structural, procedural and cultural changes to how we measure the effectiveness of our work at 99.
Says Troy Fuller, managing director, 99: “Nina’s skillset will complement and enhance the creative as we continue to understand more deeply where to reach customers at the points of greatest impact, what’s working best, and how we might best adapt.”
Whether it’s bringing alive a client’s vision for their digital journey, working on improving performance, or creating a governance process that is fit for purpose, Bialostocki’s focus is on simplifying the complex and getting to the heart of how to make things fundamentally work better.
The appointment of Bialostocki to this role, follows a successful start to 2019 for 99, with Farmers, Kiwibank and a host of other clients won. Having her kind of expertise at 318, reinforces 99’s evolution into a creative agency with customer at the core.
