FINCH takes out Regional Production Company Of The Year at LIA 2019: Franklin Rd Auckland takes out ANZ Regional Music & Sound Company of the Year; Colenso BBDO scores one Gold, two Bronze

Today, London International Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious Global award shows, announces its winners in the Advertising, Design, Digital, Technology, Health & Pharma, and Branded Entertainment.

 

FINCH has taken out Regional Production Company of the Year while Franklin Rd., Auckland has taken out the Regional Music & Sound Company of the Year.

New Zealand has picked up 4 Statues – one Gold and three Bronze.

Colenso BBDO, Auckland scored a Gold and two Bronze statues for three different pieces of work:
• Gold – TV/Cinema/Online Film – Utilities for Spark titled “Generation Voice”
• Bronze – Integration – Business-to-Consumer for Spark titled “Kupu”
• Bronze – TV/Cinema/Online Film – Utilities for Spark titled “Wedding Speech”

These wins contributed to BBDO being named Regional Network of the Year for Australia and New Zealand

Christian Broadcasting Association, Auckland was awarded one Bronze statue and a Finalist:
• Bronze – Radio & Audio – Script Writing for Newstalk ZB titled “Whostalk ZB”
• Finalist – Radio & Audio – Direction for Newstalk ZB titled “Whostalk ZB”

Created for creatives, LIA has the highest caliber of jurors in all disciplines. LIA’s jury rooms welcome the press, LIAisons attendees and LIA guests throughout the entire process. LIA’s Annual judging which convened over a 10-day period at Encore Las Vegas has concluded and listed below are the Statue Winners and Finalists.

Says Barbara Levy, president, LIA: “Film and Radio & Audio put New Zealand on the awards map this year. It is heartening to see that craft in alive and well in New Zealand.”

In total, 531 LIA statues and 196 Finalists were awarded from 39 countries with the United States leading with 242 awards, followed by Germany with 86 and the United Kingdom with 78.
