We Are Frank’s Benjamin Searancke purchases stake in software solutions company Double Yolk

New Zealand’s independent ad tech and creative agency, We are Frank join forces with Double Yolk after recent equity purchase.


The international software and mobile app solutions start-up, Double Yolk was recently valued by an independent valuer at $2.3M after only its first 12 months of business. The 15% share, now held by We are Frank delivers immediate benefits for the agencies evolution.

Says Benjamin Searancke (right), founder, We Are Frank: “We haven’t emptied the piggy bank just yet but our goals to broaden our capabilities and deepen our technology offering should be clear through this investment.”

Double Yolk is known for its bespoke digital solutions for businesses and entrepreneurs. With a focus on innovation and relentless customer service, Double Yolk has assisted over 40 customers in NZ, Australia, Singapore and the UK to bring their ideas to market this year alone.

With over 20 full-time developers Double Yolk are able to take a concept through to deployment with great speed and agility.
