Perceptive continues to grow its customer experience team with appointment of Priya Patel

After several account wins and a period of growth leading customer insights agency, Perceptive, has added another member to its customer experience team.

 

Priya Patel joins Perceptive as a CX data analyst after completing her internship with Perceptive and graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland last year.

Says Sammie Parkinson, CX team leader, Perceptive: “Priya might be the new kid on the block but has hit the ground running helping us to collect and process customer experience data right through to reporting insights for our clients.”

Says Patel: “I’m really looking forward to working with the growing CX team at Perceptive. I crave to play with valuable data and insightful information to create positive customer experiences and I’m looking forward to developing these skills further with the team.”

As one of Perceptive’s CX data analysts, Patel will be responsible for data cleaning, survey implementation, and helping Perceptive manage their customer experience platform, Customer Monitor. Patels’ appointment is effective immediately.
