Lou Devine, previously at The Warehouse Group, has joined Farrimond as managing director where she will be responsible for developing the agency and growing the business’s local and global brands.
Auckland-based Farrimond is a consumer behaviour agency owned by Attivo Group, which also owns Harvey Cameron in Christchurch and Gorilla studios in Auckland. The group most recently took a majority stake in 303 MullenLowe Australia, and a minority share of Mediahub Worldwide Asia-Pacific, both of which are based in Sydney and Perth.
Devine has significant agency experience, including Saatchi & Saatchi in London, then at The Brand Agency, TBWA and M&C Saatchi in Auckland before making the switch client-side to The Warehouse Group. A role that saw her work across The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Noel Leeming brands.
CEO of Attivo Group, Cam Murchison says Devine brings stellar retail, brand and communications experience, along with an astute eye for business growth, to her leadership role at Farrimond: “Lou has a reputation for being an agile advocate and champion of work, people and client partners. Her vast experience, her willingness to be hands to the tools, her management approach, plus her creativity is just what the Attivo Group requires as we enter our next chapter.”
Says Devine: “I love new chapters that shine with opportunity, especially in the new world of ever-changing dynamics for business. I’m extremely passionate about leading the amazing team at Farrimond. It’s certainly an exciting time to be part of the Avitto Group and its fabulous portfolio of trans-Tasman clients.”
