Independent New Zealand agency, Federation has announced the appointment of Daisy Conroy-Botica, formerly social and digital manager at Special Group, into the newly created role of digital and social strategy lead.
Conroy-Botica joins FEDERATION to work alongside head of digital, Jeremy Clark, and chief creative officer, Tony Clewett.
Says Ollyy Boden, managing partner for FEDERATION: “Daisy is a fantastic addition to the team. Conroy-Botica has carved out a career as a digital specialist, and at Special Group was responsible for social and digital campaigns with Tourism New Zealand (including a secondment there running social), Uber Eats, Red Bull, and Every Kiwi Vote Counts. Her personal haul of awards includes local and global awards for helping Kiwis to say ‘Good Morning’ to the world every single day for a year, encouraging New Zealanders overseas to vote in the 2020 general election, and a high speed chase involving a burger and a shark down Auckland’s Tāmaki drive (and onto mobile phones around the country).
