Daylight celebrates turning three with a podcast hosted by co-founder Duncan Greive

Daylight has marked its third birthday with the launch of a new episode of its podcast ‘Daylight Decoded’ featuring a kōrero with Daylight co-founder Duncan Greive, CEO Lee Lowndes and ECD Charlie Godinet discussing Daylight from doors open to where it stands today.

It’s been three years since Tāmaki Makaurau-based creative and technology studio Daylight took its first breath and swung open the doors. Founded amidst lockdowns and the huge uncertainty of the pandemic – and in some ways responding to that reality – the studio has not only grown rapidly, but thrived.

In this episode of Daylight Decoded, listeners hear from crucial figures in Daylight’s short but proud history. Lowndes and Godinet join in conversation with Duncan Greive, founder of The Spinoff, host of The Fold and also a co-founder of Daylight to reflect on the past three years.

Says Greive: “I wanted to mark this milestone by having a conversation with Lee and Charlie. These two have played a really huge part in shaping the business and taking it from a small creative studio that had popped out of The Spinoff, to the renowned and beloved technology and creative hybrid it is today.”

Since being established in early 2021, Daylight has had the privilege of helping local and international clients respond to an ever shifting world.

Tackling global health topics with The World Health Organization, unpacking women’s financial freedoms with Mercer Finance, building student mobile apps with The University of Canterbury or helping Pacific voices to be heard through the launch of PMN, Daylight has built a reputation for creating solutions that thrive in a digital world.
