DARKHORSE continues growth with new client wins including Sephora and Briscoes

Leading brand experience, PR and social agency DARKHORSE has continued its momentum in 2024 with two impressive additions to its client roster, with the wins including Sephora and Briscoes.

DARKHORSE has secured the PR and influencer work for all New Zealand activity for Sephora to amplify the global brand’s presence through earned media and targeted influencer initiatives and partnerships. DARKHORSE originally opened the first store in New Zealand in 2019, and are thrilled to have them back in the stables.

Another big win for the team is welcoming retail giant, Briscoe Group, as its PR and influencer partner, kick starting the new partnership with the now viral Sleepiest Job campaign, which has already received $250k+ in PR value with a second phase yet to happen within the campaign.

Lastly, but certainly not least, DARKHORSE has extended its ongoing partnership with BP to secure an ongoing monthly social retainer for their Wild Bean brand, including social media management, community management and social content creation.

Says Mike Hewitt, co-founder and managing director, DARKHORSE: “The recent client wins really showcase the calibre of the team we have in the stables. It’s especially rewarding seeing our strategic and creative recommendations coming out on top after a rigorous competitive pitch process.

“We’re extremely proud to be working with Sephora and Briscoes and we look forward to delivering epic work over the coming months that excites, inspires and delivers for these brands.”
