Lion launches new ‘Alcohol & Me’ tool for the Australian and NZ market via YoungShand

Created for the New Zealand and Australian market, the comprehensively re-tooled digital experience was designed and developed by YoungShand. The Alcohol&Me site is part of Lion’s commitment to reducing alcohol-related harm within the community, helping educate Kiwis on how alcohol affects the body and mind, and empowering them to make smarter drinking choices.

 

Key objectives for the site were to make it more engaging and more effective. A new 3D environment was brought to life through a flexible front-end framework, creating a mobile-friendly, immersive experience. The interactive blood alcohol simulator was reimagined utilizing this 3D world, where users can see exactly how the body processes drinks throughout a night, depending on the number consumed, for both male and female bodies. These changes and a focus on user experience has lifted the overall site conversion by 50% over the previous site.
