Liza Plyshevsky and Tab Eady survive 24 hours in NZ bush for KathScan Webby Award push
Liza Plyshevsky and creative partner Tabitha Eady, have officially wrapped their 24-hour live stream from the bush, where they camped out to drive votes for KathScan’s People’s Voice nomination at the 2026 Webby Awards.
Over the course of the stream, the duo attracted 1,636 viewers from around the world, engaging with audiences in real time while unlocking increasingly less-miserable “survival upgrades” through live voting support.
The stunt was part endurance challenge, part grassroots campaign for the student-born project created by Plyshevsky and Jae Kim, which is now in the running in the Advertising & PR Student category.
Voting for KathScan remains open until Thursday.
