Woolworths puts lead creative account out to pitch across Australia and New Zealand
Woolworths has kicked off a review of its lead creative agency accounts in Australia and New Zealand, initiating a formal pitch process for a new partner.
M+C Saatchi is the current incumbent, having held the business since 2017. Woolworths said it will continue working with existing agency partners during the review period, while TBWA retains responsibility for the Everyday Rewards account.
The retailer’s “Greenhouse” model-launched in 2019 with M+C Saatchi as a founding partner-brought together external agencies and Woolworths’ in-house creative capability.
The review comes amid a broader period of client movement for M+C Saatchi in Australia, with several major accounts recently going to pitch.
The pitch process is currently ongoing.
