New Zealand drops to #11th country in the world at 2019 Cannes Lions after disappointing year

This year wasn’t the best for New Zealand at the 2019 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity with New Zealand slipping to 11th in the world from 9th last year. New Zealand is equal 11th with Israel after only scoring 11 Lions in total – all of them Bronze.
The US was by far the dominant country, scoring a massive 313 Lions, more than three times the total of second-placed UK with 90 Lions. Brazil placed third with 85 Lions followed by France with 60 Lions.
